The word "inflammation" literally means to set on fire. This concept originates from the Roman physician Aulus Cornelius Celsus1 in 1 AD.
According to Celsus, the 5 cardinal signs of inflammation are:
heat
pain
redness
swelling
loss of function
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) also refers to Inflammation as Qi2 stagnation, damp-heat, and blood stasis. TCM suggests that inflammation arises as a consequence of long-term imbalances; from poor diet, stress, inadequate physical activity, and/or environmental factors.3
Ayurveda — the traditional medicine of India — explains that chronic inflammation is a natural response to unhealthy lifestyle and diet.4
Inflammation is the body’s natural response to injury and/or infection. It is an immune system response. And it is a temporary situation.
Unfortunately much of the inflammation we see today is not acute or temporary, it is chronic. Chronic means that it does not go away. In this case inflammation is a message to you that there is something out of balance in your life that you need to address.
What could be interfering with your ability to clear inflammation?
One thing to consider is Linoleic acid. 5
Linoleic Acid is found in many canned and boxed foods. In other words, processed foods. It is helpful to read the ingredients on your packaged foods.
People are encouraged to cook with seed oil. Seed oils must be healthy because look at the packaging, it says “heart healthy” right on there..
So it can get confusing because there is a serious debate happening on this subject. Could there be a conflict of interest here?
There is definitely a push by globalist organizations for plant-based diets.
Maybe the WEF knows best, here is a screen shot of recent article they published on their website:
Do you think it would be difficult to find out that Linoleic Acid is causing inflammation if you are convinced that the whole world needs to switch over to plant-based diets?
A study published in PAIN found the following:
In a randomized trial of 67 subjects with severe headaches, we recently demonstrated that targeted dietary manipulation—increasing omega-3 fatty acids with concurrent reduction in omega-6 linoleic acid (the H3-L6 intervention)—produced major reductions in headache compared with an omega-6 lowering (L6) intervention.6
This chart can help you determine if the oil you cook with is high in Linoleic Acid.
Here is some more health food available in a box. I am sure the WEF would approve!
If you have inflammation, what have you got to lose? Remove these oils from your diet, if you notice a reduction in inflammation then I’d wager that it was not the health food that “experts” claim it to be.
Mike Mutzel from High Intensity Health talks about this issue often. Here is a short blurb from one of his YouTUBE videos on the subject:
here's the situation. Speaking of sugar, we know that individuals who are insulin resistant are more susceptible within their body to create oxidative stress and inflammation. So you pair this ubiquitously and high prevalence of exposure to these highly oxidizable seed oils in a metabolic environment where someone is already susceptible to having large amounts of free radical stress, oxidative stress, low levels of glutathione, and you have a recipe for metabolic and inflammatory disaster.
Qi is pronounced as Chi
My dad was a farmer for forty plus years. Toward the end of that time government gave him money to farm canola. It's disgusting. It's rotting by the time they harvest it and it smells like garbage.
Good chart for information! Thank you for including it. According to it, we ate eating healthy!
