Get off all medications especially cholesterol and high blood pressure meds.

Try a grain and seed oil free diet heavy in grass fed beef.

Get out in the sun!

Consider having your root canal teeth removed and silver fillings replaced.

Most importantly cut out all sugar which includes anything with fructose or high fructose corn syrup.

Remember cholesterol is good.

"This might be a good thing to notice that as you fast you may find that you don’t need as much medication and longer term you may be able to ditch all of your medications. This is why it is no surprise that the medical community is not so hot on the topic."

In that case maybe fasting is not the best thing for you? It could be that you don't need to fast. There are definitely lots of people who talk about fasting on YouTube. I will see if I can find information about this for you!

This makes sense. If you wanted to do a longer fast it may work better if you had zero stress in your life. Maybe if you were able to meditate a lot and get a lot of back rubs or something like that. I found one video so far on the subject. She made a couple of suggestions such as that you would need to stop fasting, however she did say that maybe other types of fasts would work better for you. One meal a day. Or just 3 meals a day. Long term fasts are probably not necessary. I have never done a long term fast. I mostly stick to the one meal a day fast. At the moment I am not doing one meal a day fasting because we are working on our roofs and I sometimes feel a bit dizzy while fasting so it is not a good time to be on a roof. LOL Someone posted this comment on the video I am talking about. "

I have posted this info on a Dr. Mindy video before but my experience with hair loss was linked 100% to amino acid deficiency. Several years ago I lost 80% of my hair and reached a point where I had to wear wigs. I consulted 3 naturopaths that all insisted it had to be a thyroid issue but the tests didn’t bear that out. I finally found a doctor who said immediately that I was amino acid deficient, and that rapid hair loss was always caused by amino acid deficiency. He put me on 2 amino acid IVs for the first 2 weeks and the hair loss stopped with the first one. Then I went to one a week for the next month. This boosted my levels and then to maintain my amino acid levels, I was told take HCL with all of my protein meals. A Heidelberg test( don’t think too many people offer this) revealed I make almost no stomach acid which is needed to break protein down into amino acids. The HCL basically replaces what ,y body does not make. Stomach acid declines in all of us after we reach 40 but mine just stopped all together. Anyhow something else to research. If I had not found an ND with this knowledge I am sure I would have been bald. My doctor is Jonathan Wright and he is interviewed in all of Suzanne Sommers books since he is one of her doctors, too. He talked about the hair loss.HCL link in one of her anti aging books. The IVs I received are called Freeamine, from McGuff pharmacy if that is helpful to anyone." I am happy to hear that. I think I could be low on HCL too. So much to learn!

When you're not fasting, eat meat/fish and animal fats.
