Regarding the "alternative media"... most of the well-known names in it are limited hangouts. The "main stream" of "alternative media" is now just an extension of the "mainstream" or "legacy" media, offering a secondary explanation for events that's just as false as the official one. Some even take that for granted now, and it doesn't seem to have bitten them in the ass yet.

There's always going to be a lot of turnover in alt media as limited hangouts are exposed and lose their audience while others are being introduced. And there's always a percentage of alt media that's going to be bought off by the system, selling out for views and revenue.

I always say a good rule of thumb is "beware good production values", but that's not to be applied too strictly without discernment. I'm pretty good with graphics and writing and all that, and I like to think my stuff's pretty polished. I think the riskiest indicator is when someone's getting paid to be a truther. It's hard for me to say that because I know how desperate most of us are for money now. But we have to stay alert and skeptical. The BEST way to vet people's work is to know what games the oligarchy is playing already and compare the assertions of the person in question to that knowledge.

Thanks for sharing my toolkit, and I'm glad to see someone getting something out of it!

The original article contains of lots of good but perhaps stale information but the organizational skills and clarity of the exposition is lacking. It's stuck somewhere in between stream of consciousness speaking and first draft unpolished writing assignment.

Secondly, it's absurd to juxtapose this stuff next to Couey who himself is pretty guilty of engaging in many many of the points. You'd have to be blind to not see it, or were like me, in early with far too much good faith reserves.
