correction: 53 of the 65 deaths in 2020 took place at Northwood
In 2009 the W.H.O. established a formal definition and the criteria for declaring a pandemic.
Prior to 2009, since 2003, the WHO Pandemic Preparedness homepage had contained the following statement:
“An influenza pandemic occurs when a new influenza virus appears against which the human population has no immunity, resulting in several simultaneous epidemics worldwide with enormous numbers of deaths and illness.”
In 2009 they altered this by removing this part:
“enormous numbers of deaths and illness”1
So all that was required was a new virus to which the human population did not have immunity.
Was COVID even in Nova Scotia in 2020? This is questionable when we examine the evidence.
The province of Nova Scotia reported 65 deaths from COVID in 2020. These COVID deaths were in a Long Term Care home called Northwood.
In an email dated April 29th 2020, with the subject line Northwood presser notes we see the following conversation on the subject of these 65 deaths.
Janet: Even if at end of life, if COVID positive, we’ve been told to include in the count
Josie: today 22 deaths. Medical director reviewing all deaths, work with MOH to determine true cause of death…..
Yesterday swabbed 66 and found 4-5 asymptomatic cases. More you swab, more you’ll find cases.2
Shelly Hipson requested more information on this email in a FOIPOP and she received a reply on February 22 2022.
In the reply which you can see above you can see that her request was for Records regarding the Northwood Presser Notes.
Under item 2. the request is for:
Any record, report, correspondence, investigation results that determines the “true cause of death” of those who died at Northwood and any other facility where they were instructed to mark the person down as a COVID 19 death even though they were at the end of life”
The response was:
“the Department of Health and Wellness does not have custody or control of records which would respond to your application”3
In the above image that comes from a FOIPOP file number #NSHA-2021-33 from March 23, 2021; information was requested on these 65 COVID deaths. The request was for the PCR amplification cycle that was used to detect that these were indeed COVID positive deaths. The answer from the Nova Scotia Health Authority was that “The PCR values are not linked directly to patient clinical outcomes, we do not have this data for you.”4
Without this information I find it unlikely that there was any definite proof that anything matching either of W.H.O.’s definitions of an influenza pandemic; as defined in 2003 or 2009.
Not in Nova Scotia in the year 2020.
Without this information there is reasonable doubt that these 65 COVID deaths were indeed COVID deaths and not simply what happens to everyone at a certain age. Bluntly put, we all die, and hopefully that happens in old age as apparently happened in this case.
Yes they lied, and the data was skewed. What happens when they do this? Everything will be questioned. All credibility is lost.

In 2020, the head of the Illinois Dept. of Health was asked why a man who was killed in a drive-by shooting had his cause of death listed as Covid. She replied that they were instructed by the CDC to list Covid as the cause of death if the deceased tested positive for it, and quickly walked off the stage.
It seems the same thing happened in Canada. They inflated a bad common cold into the plague.
