Before doing all this simply put a bit of water in your palm and then force it into your nose with timing inhale 2-3x,preferably with a 1/4 ton of salt in 4 oz of water and stir..then blow out material and then use a t shirt or thin cotton cloth twisted tight and roto rooter your nostrils one time each pulling materalials from side..then try their procedure for twice as good quick results:

Do this 3 x a day: studies found nasal cleaners solutions, sprays etc number one most effective means to prevent flu or covid symptoms from reaching throat or lung stage and also among best at stopping layerings of virus or nano materials from accumulating to worsen lung stage if already there..

Nasal main entry point of disease,mouth is protected by acids,etc largely.

Once throat is reached at lung pipe opening in throat next to digestive pipe a circle of dense ,infected mucous will form like foam on a sea shore causing inflammation and this foam is sucked into lungs..so gargling with same sea salt formula is key plus preferably anti bacteria, fungals like coconut oil mixed with Oregon oil or one liquid capsule broken w teeth as you ingest a ton of coconut oil raw only..gargle in throat and hold by pipes 3 -5 minutes and repeat every 3-8 hours depending on how effected you are..

Avoid anti biotics

Put a clove of garlic sliver ,size of end of your pinky in honey or jam and quicky chew fine in under one minute or so and swallow to pipe throat point in throat only,hold there as long as you can ie 1-3 minutes..don't rinse throat for 25 min minimum,bare it..onion also works not quite as well..This will kill much bad guys..do oregano after as oils will hold in place longer..mixing honey with coconut oil will also increase throat hold time to 30-60 min your looking for..

Red wine gargle or apple cider 2/3 diluted will break up puss around lung entery ring so bad for lungs in potential.

A bronchial mister or nebulizer salt and oregano,iodine formula or hydrogen peroxide formula of interest if you feel your losing battle and lungs are effected..search these..ok tell Grandma!

Also clean ears,outer first and wash hair full of bacteria by ear.At end of easy push deep into canal gently and pull out what you can w salt or oregano solution..don't put oil in ear as will later draw dirt,bacteria..search hydrogen peroxide ear and nasal wash..yes,2nd disease port is ears ,first is nasal,mouth last..they don't tell us! Google ear wax removal by hydrogen peroxide.. essentially get properly diluted food grade peroxide in ear by dropper or by soaking twisted cloth into ear soaked,hold 2 min by tilting head.. then tilt down to get out wax and shower to get rest out..why? Cuz if you've been exposed your ear wax will hold the virus or nano Chen's in place and drip into ear canal and then nostrils causing reinfection even if nasal and throat are clear! Got it..ok enough of this boring stuff,go live..why are you wasting your life reading too much boring health shit? Ha ! Kidding ,iz important,Drs don't tell you!

Love it! Did the breathing exercise only 3 times, so naturally, I was still plugged up a bit, as I always am(!!), but it is such good info! Do we exhale THRU our nose as well, vs out pursed lips? I also like Wim Hof's method of breathing technique and holding breath for longer periods of time...sposed to be good for asthma individuals...I only have very mild asthma, but then again, maybe it manifests in "busy-nose" issues!
