It's a Russian roulette game: the contents of the mystery substance differ amongst different batches of vials. This is the information that got censored and disqualified by the geniuses that fired the metaphorical unloaded gun to their head and felt 'great health benefits' afterwards, surely due to 'the placebo effect' (imagine the psychological effects of a highly propagandized and terrorized individual who believes breathing or touching contaminated objects will kill him/her, when this individual finally receives the saving potion):

It's a probability game, and you could have someone play hundreds of times and get lucky all those times. Not to mention the distribution possibilities that this opens up for cover up depopulation. For example, sending deadly batches to high density populations (while sending saline solution to small towns where the results would be more obvious...) that are in full lockdown while counting with the protocols that produce deaths that count as 'covid deaths' from bogus PCR tests, etc... The dead don't talk and the 'adverse event people' that do go to a doctor, will find a doctor that would like to keep his job, and so, will most probably 'forget' to draw parallels between a chronology that looks like this: healthy, jabbed, no longer healthy.
