There is an impending election in Canada. I endeavor to divert my thoughts from it, yet it proves exceedingly challenging. In my estimation, this election is unprecedented. The last federal election occurred in September 2021, during which Justin Trudeau made a plethora of promises that encroached upon my rights as a Canadian citizen, including the prohibition of travel by plane or train. This situation created a climate of uncertainty and anxiety among many Canadians, including myself.
This is why the upcoming election strikes me as absurd. The very notion that anyone would advocate for the individuals currently governing the country is perplexing. Some may contend, “Sure, but Mark Carney is not Trudeau.” However, I find this argument flawed. In my perspective, Mark Carney may even be more detrimental than Trudeau. During the Freedom Convoy, he insinuated in a newspaper article that the bank accounts of any participants should be frozen, and shortly after, that indeed transpired, showing a willingness to infringe upon civil liberties.
Since assuming the office of Prime Minister of Canada, the cabinet under Mark Carney appears to mirror Trudeau's administration with negligible distinction. Their policies and actions often reflect a similar inclination towards restricting freedoms rather than promoting the rights of citizens. How can anyone genuinely believe that Mark Carney is separate from Trudeau? They are essentially the same individuals, if not worse

If you are pondering how I could possibly cast my vote for the Conservatives in this election, I trust I have elucidated my position. The Conservative Party did not campaign to curtail my ability to travel in the last election, and that perspective remains pivotal for me as I consider my options moving forward.
If you identify as a ‘Liberal’, I understand this may have all been a blur for you. You were apprehensive, you complied, and accepted the saline. It didn’t inflict pain upon you, so what is my dilemma? What am I fearful of? The disease appeared grave to you, so why do I not share your perspective? Well, from the outset, I perceived it as no more than a common cold. For anyone who has come to a similar realization alongside me, I am merely inquisitive as to how you could support the ‘Liberals’ or any other political factions that fervently propagated this narrative. The ‘Liberals’ sought to exclude me from grocery stores, a clear act of discrimination based on health measures. Naturally, I cannot cast my vote for them.
I share your concerns about Mr. "Blarney". He is seriously conflicted with ties to China. However, I think the Canadian people will step up and throw the bums out. At some point we've just had enough BS.

Canada, like the United States, seems to have a lot of citizens that don't care much about freedom and who keep voting for morons. 🤯
