Is it hard for you to find purpose in life? What if it were actually something very simple? Some people may have a more complex purpose than others, but if you’re struggling to discover yours, it might be something as simple as finding contentment and happiness.
I’m sharing a video that I think is helpful in distinguishing between two things: pleasure and happiness. They’re not the same—no matter how often we’re persuaded to believe otherwise by advertising and propaganda.
There's more to pleasure and happiness than the chemical factor. Pleasure is more immediate. Happiness often includes sacrifice and pain in order to attain a lasting happiness.
