Early Treatment to Save Lives!

Dear Premier Tim Houston and Dr. Strang,

On the topic of being in an emergency; an emergency, If dealt with effectively, ends. At which point, we return to our regular lives. Many people would like things to go back to the way they were before this state of emergency began, so the motivation is there.

Dr. Peter McCullough who is pro-science, and has 52 peer-reviewed publications on the COVID 19 infection, points out that COVID 19 is a very treatable illness. 

The two worst outcomes that come from COVID 19 are hospitalizations and death. Dr. McCullough and other doctors working with him, and independently, under the principle of standard of care have developed many early treatment regimens using repurposed off patent drugs, and supplements. Re-purposing off patent drugs is not a new idea. Despite a lot of political push-back, censorship, and for some, death threats,  these doctors have worked diligently to find solutions. With the early treatment regimens that have been developed doctors are able to shorten the infection from 14 days down to 4 days, and reduce hospitalizations and death by 85%.

Early treatment regimens also work for the Omicron variant. Since we are still in an emergency here in Nova Scotia please allow people to have access to the many different early treatment regimens. Many have received their vaccine, but in public health announcements we continue to hear that we must remain in an emergency, which is why it makes sense to try new things when a patient gives consent to receive a treatment.
