Thanks for being another voice speaking about modern diet as a cause of illness. I think the post office box is a good idea. Unless Carney directs his postal Gestapo to intercept mail from the USA
Just before reading your post I bought BioGaia Prodentis - a L. Reuteri based probiotic clinically proven for oral health - to ferment using Dr Davis methods. The whey I will separate and use as mouthwash. Very timely post!
Whey contains about the same concentration of bacteria as curds, so it should work fine. Just to clarify, I currently use Dr Davis’s method with whole milk powder, rather than half-and-half - not available in the UK - so there is more whey.
Hehehe...your version of "short" attention span and mine is 1h10 much longer! I used to make my own yogurt, don't consume much anymore...did you do your research on Kefir yet? Or did I miss it in the 2 videos of 1hr and 16 min ones...?
Even kefir is a low dose. It's not really yogurt that we're making. It's a high concentration and high dose of probiotics. It's like buying a bottle of probiotics and taking 30 capsules all at once! It can be made in other mediums, not just with milk. Kefir still qualifies as a low dose unfortunately, so it cannot do what the fermented milk(or other medium) can do to counter pathogens.

Diet is so important, as you know.

That is cool! I had never heard of using the whey as a mouthwash. I hope it works out well!
