RE: Citizens Alliance of Nova Scotia et al v Robert Strang et al Yar No 510031
This letter is regarding the Judicial Review taking place in Yarmouth which I have been following with interest.
The public health orders have been very damaging in my life as I am aware of the important connection between the mind and body. Any infection that a person experiences is greatly affected by stress and fear. The public health response promoted stress, fear and isolation. All of these things are shown to worsen any health condition.
The effect on the community has been devastating, pitting neighbours and family members against one another. This has not improved. If the transfection works, it should not matter to those who receive it if others have not received it. It should protect the person who chooses to receive it. We cannot pretend otherwise. People are now living under illusions which are simply mass marketing and propaganda pushed onto them by corrupt government and media.
If this had anything to do with health, consideration would have been given to the effects these public health orders would have on the economy. It is quite clear that we are in a very bad position economically as a direct result of these measures. The measures favoured large multinational corporations and punished small businesses. I have observed many small businesses that are no longer in business and we can see the effect of inflation on everything. This has been the largest transfer of wealth of all time. This cannot be allowed to happen again.
Throughout this episode called COVID 19, I sent letters to my representatives, and to Robert Strang, explaining my perspectives and concerns, all of these letters were ignored. I received no replies.
My own MLA held a Christmas party in 2021, which required people to prove their transfection status. This is discrimination. I don’t know why I am paying taxes to be treated so poorly.
Our municipal county government also had a transfection policy which discriminated against people who chose not to take the transfection. This cannot happen again!
The Government and the media promoted the creation of a segregated society, with those who agree with the government’s evaluations being given privileges and those who disagreed with the government being treated as second class citizens. The intent of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms is to protect everyone from this kind of discrimination and abusive treatment.
The Government is expected to protect my rights to free speech, but to this day, my perspectives are hidden by algorithms online, as I have been labeled a “conspiracy theorist,” “far right” and a “racist.” Without free speech which requires freedom of reach online, I cannot advocate for my position. If I am wrong, having open debate would be a better course of action.
In the future I would like to see all government agents and court entities to be given a proper education on the origins of the constitution and the intent of any constitution. All constitutions have the intent of protecting the people from the government. This is not what we saw take place. I would like to see those who misunderstand these documents apologize and any future response to health issues must be dealt with according to the principles laid out in our constitutions.
I support CANS’ efforts on my behalf to gain public interest standing concerning Yar. 510031. This type of abuse cannot be overlooked, this case is not moot. It remains relevant, and we need to restore order before it is too late. History shows that things don’t go well when there are attempts to sweep this type of abuse under the rug.

Watch for infiltrators. Any letters of support to the government can be assumed to be Infiltration. Js. We can't have a real insurrection down here in the states because the only people stupid enough to sign up would be traitors.
all I can do is encourage people to write this letter. Can't really stop others who might see this and decide to send a letter of support. But most people will probably not see the post anyway. There are all kinds of messed up people out there. We can't all agree on the way forward. But this is the way I have chosen.
